众所周知，语法是雅思写作中非常重要的一个评分标准。因此想在雅思写作方面取得高分，光有词汇量是不够的，还需要有一定的语法知识。

　　6分以上必备三大经典从句：定语从句、宾语从句、状语从句

　　定语从句就是从句充当定语，用来修饰名词或代词的句子。通常由that / which / who / why来引导。例如：
　　Endangered languages are languages that / which are slowly disappearing because of technology and the desire for cultures to assimilate.
　　It offers many conveniences to the people who live there.
　　One reason why I support the building of a modern gym is that physical education class is very important to the well-being of students.

　　宾语从句在主从复合句中充当宾语，位于及物动词、介词或复合谓语之后的从句称为宾语从句。例如：
　　People believe that the British police should patrol with guns.
　　He does not know whether or not she has been married.
　　We want to know who will be the first person to arrive at the finishing line.

　　状语从句指句子用作状语时，起副词作用的句子。它可以修饰谓语、非谓语动词、定语、状语或整个句子。例如：
　　A原因状语从句
　　Some old people are willing to live in a nursing home, because they can enjoy better living environment and have professional care and treatment.
　　B 让步状语从句
　　Though nuclear technology has significant impacts on human civilization, we shall never lose sight of its risks.
　　C时间状语从句
　　When a community loses its language, it often loses a great deal of its cultural identity at the same time.
　　D条件状语从句
　　If we do not establish healthy diets in childhood, we are storing up health problems for the future.
　　E 目的状语从句
　　Females should be encouraged to go out to pursue their careers so that ( in order that ) they can exhibit their talents.
　　F结果状语从句
　　Western fast food is so tempting ( such a tempting thing ) that few children can resist its temptation.

　　除了以上提到的三大必备句型，还有一些语法现象也是在考官范文中经常出现的。例如：
　　现在分词与过去分词的使用。现在分词与过去分词的使用多被雅思考官采纳。特别值得一提的是当这两类分词作定语和状语时的用法。

　　过去分词作定语
From our own school experience, we can find plenty of evidence to support the view that a child can acquire these skills with continued teaching and guided practice.
　　Skills gained through compulsory work will not only be an asset on their CV but also increase their employability.

　　现在分词作定语
　　At work, many of us are challenged and stimulated by the increasing professional skills that we acquire, which ensures that our job remain interesting.

　　现在分词作状语　　If primary language teaching is not standardized, secondary schools could be faced with a great variety of levels in different languages within their intake, resulting in a classroom experience which undoes the earlier gains.
　　Many people find their rewards unfair, especially when comparing these super salaries with those of top surgeons or research scientists.

　　有些考官甚至还会在同一句话的不同位置分别使用过去分词和现在分词，充分表现出追求语法多样化的决心。
　　These children are often spoilt, not in terms of love and attention because working parents do not have the time for this, but in more material ways.
